Wedding Day Management, Coordination & Styling

We promise to help you create an inspired, authentic celebration that fully reflects your one-of-a-kind love story.

Your wedding is going to be as unique as you are. At least, that's our goal when we work with our couples. We firmly believe that your wedding is not a competition. It's a chance for you to celebrate finding your special someone, and promising to be with that person through thick and thin, from now until forever. What we do is help you get to that celebration with your why in full perspective, and with the knowledge that you're doing it your way, on your terms.

Our goal is for you to have the best time ever planning your celebration AND experiencing it, so you can hand off as much or as little as you need. Our clients tend to spend between $250-500 per person on their weddings with an average guest count of 150 (total budgets of between $37,500 and $75,000), but we are open to and available for weddings of all sizes. 

The investment for our wedding day management & event styling is $2750. Customized planning services are also available (to offload all that OTHER stuff you need help with), pricing is fully modular so you never pay for more than you need, and depends on the size and scope of your celebration and your wedding planning needs.

Wedding Day Management is for couples who want to DIY the planning, but realize they can’t clone themselves for the wedding day itself.

So you've been planning this day for what feels like for-ev-er... suddenly you're 3 months out and you have the realization that you can't clone yourself! That's where we come in. Wedding Day Management (the service formerly known as month-of coordination or day-of coordination) is perfect for those couples who are totally into this wedding planning thing and want to DIY the bulk of the planning, but realize that they can’t be in two places at once on the wedding day. We throw in Event Styling to take all of those adorable details you found up to the next level.
Wedding Day Management exists so you can relax during the tail end of your planning journey and on the big day, focus on the task at hand (ie. getting married and having a blast!) while we stay on top of logistics, coordinate vendors & tackle the wedding day details.

We coordinate the details.
We help assist you and your photographer during your day-of photo sessions.
We make sure hair and makeup runs smoothly and on time.
We adjust your decor, making sure it's styled perfectly and photo ready.
We run point with your vendor team so that you don't need to worry about any issues, mishaps or snafus.

We get to work on your big day details at 12 weeks out. We'll meet three times, be there for your final venue walk-through and to coordinate your rehearsal. Then on wedding day, we coordinate your entire day- the whole shebang!  The TME team (one lead coordinator and two assistants) is onsite from the moment your big day begins until after your last goodbyes, tending to anything and everything you might need, as well as coordinating the heck out of your day.
